How do I place and pay for my order?

All orders are placed and paid for directly on our secure site (SSL). We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. At this time, we do not accept personal checks, Money Orders, or CODs. Shipping and Handling will be automatically calculated and added to your total at checkout.

How will you ship my packages?

Bambooya offers you economical and speedy shipping via USPS Priority Mail, and also UPS, and FedEx for larger and heavier packages. We ship to all U.S. addresses, U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, businesses, and P.O. Boxes.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands add $3 to rates noted below for Standard shipping. And over-sized and heavier packages will incur additional charges.

We ship all our orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. In-stock orders generally ship within 1-3 business days, and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If the item is out-of-stock, we will contact you with estimated ship times.

We apologize, but cannot guarantee overnight delivery from this area. However, if you would like 2nd day delivery or expedited shipping please email us at katie@bambooya.com to discuss the options. For all expedited shipping additional charges will be incurred.

NOTE: Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping.

*Shippers do not ship on national holidays, so please allow 2-3 additional days of transit time for orders placed around the holidays.

Christmas and Holiday Shipping: Bambooya ships via USPS Priority Mail, so please place your order no later than December 18th in order for your package to be delivered by Christmas! Please Note: Bambooya's last ship date will be December 22nd, and orders placed after Christmas will be shipped January 3rd!

Recycled Packaging?

We at Bambooya want a greener world and a more cost-efficient world, so we try and pack with recycled materials and reuse packing materials whenever we can. Because we ship mainly via USPS, we're happy to say that the USPS packaging products have been awarded Cradle to Cradle CertificationTM for their ecologically-intelligent design. We also want to let you know that we will not be including a packing slip in order to save paper and ink! But if you have any questions regarding your purchase please feel free to contact us and include your original Bambooya/Yahoo order number! Thanks! A bamboo green world is a better world!

Returns and FAQ



What about returns?

Bambooya values our relationship with you and we want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase. Please email or call us and let us know what your concern is and we will happily make it right! If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you receive, you may return them in their original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or replacement.

Please email us at katie@bambooya.com for the return shipping address. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. We strongly suggest you insure return and exchange shipping against loss or damage (Bambooya is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise), and we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Please note, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on sale items, and shipping and gift-wrapping charges are not refundable.

Gift Wrapping?

Yes, at no charge to you, Bambooya wraps your items simply and naturally in recycled tissue paper, tied with natural or sage-colored jute twine, and with a small Bambooya tag.

But if you prefer a more "formal and fancy" gift-wrapping, we will "Zen Wrap" your entire order with 100% eco-friendly recycled tissue paper, natural paper ribbons and jute twine, with a personalized Bambooya gift note, nestled in a small bamboo "boat" basket for $6.95!

Please note: over sized orders cannot be gift wrapped.
